Bye for now...

I've decided to sell my chickens for now until the neighbors learn to keep their dogs contained properly. They've got another running around again and it's starting to dig at my fence. I'm not happy about it at all. I can't get them to see the problem with it. They seem to think that if they pay for the dead animals that it's okay that their dogs run free...Not hardly. I will get some more at another point in time, but not right now. It's a bit sad out there with no chickens. I really miss them. Jacob is getting a gun for Christmas though...target practice shall commence in full view of the neighbors...maybe they'll get the hint...I doubt it though. I still do not want to shoot the dog...it's the neighbors that are in the wrong.
