Concerts...

My friends had invited me to go to a concert with them a month or so ago and it was last night. I was excited since it was a group that I liked and had a CD of theirs from a few years back. They are a contemporary 'rock' Christian group called Mercy Me. My kids like Rock/Alternative music too, but we have to be careful about what they listen to...too much garbage out there. I found that some of the newer Christian bands have great music and I don't have to worry about the lyrics!


It was a really great concert. Their openers were awesome too. There was Monk & Neagle (those two are just too funny and great guitarists) and there was Aaron Shust the kids have really enjoyed his CD's.

I wish I could have taken B, but she has a hard time with loud noises-even at the movie theater.
