The safest plastic for food and beverages...

Here is a link to a post that was sent to me. I am phasing out all of my plastic 'storage' containers. Those that I store leftovers to reheat later. I will keep my larger pieces that I use for flour and such since I don't heat them up at all, but eventually I'll try to replace those. I'm picking up a few stainless steal drinking containers to keep with us in the car. I have been buying pieces of pyrex here and there. I like that stuff...mainly because you can cook, serve, store and reheat all in one pan...saves space and washing.
