Right now I have an entire sink full of various squash. Butternut, Delicata, spaghetti and sugar pumpkin. I've got to get it all washed down, split, deseeded and into the oven to steam so that I can scrap it all out and put it into the freezer. YUM!
The summer squash and zucchini are done out there...time to pull them up and replant a few more plants for the fall.
