Too funny!

For those that don't know, I'm LDS and every April and October we have a worldwide meeting held called General Conference. If you aren't in Salt Lake, then you can view it at a stake center (a larger meeting house serving one district area) or on the internet.

Recently at General Conference a young man pulled this little prank in front of the cameras. Silly really, but now it's been made into funny posters. I got a good laugh and thought I'd share.

Carthage Jail...

The Jail/Home of the jailer. An interesting tidbit of info: On those old homes you sometimes see the iron stars or 'S' shaped irons on the outside walls. They are iron rods, placed between floors to help stabilize the home structure, I was told. Interesting.

The gunshot hole into the door of the room where the Prophet and his companions were placed. That shot is believed to be the one that killed Hyrum immediately as he and others were trying to hold the door closed against the mob.A statue of Joseph and Hyrum Smith.
